Who we are

This website belongs to Amara Wells Ministries, 1180 Westview Hollow Road, Atlanta, GA 30310. When this page says “we,” it means the artist and the team that answers on their behalf. You can reach us at invite@amarawells.example.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. The invitation form asks for your name, your email address, your church or ministry, the date and city of the gathering, the type of gathering, the expected attendance, a budget if you want to share one, and a message. The email list form asks for your first name and your email address.

Our website host keeps ordinary server logs (such as the date and your browser type) so the site stays online and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request and, if you joined the email list, to send you updates. We follow up by email only. Every email gives you a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at any time to stop hearing from us.

We do not sell your information

We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the tools we use to receive and answer your messages, such as our website host and our email system, and only so they can do that job for us.

Support and merch

This website never handles money. Links to support the work or to shop lead to other websites run by secure providers, and those providers follow their own privacy policies.

Children

This site is for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email invite@amarawells.example.com and we will delete it.

Music, video and links

Song previews play from this website only when you press play. Some pages show a thumbnail or link to a video on YouTube, a streaming service or another website. Those are run by other companies, and they follow their own privacy policies when you use them.

How long we keep it

We keep a form message for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep ordinary ministry records, about two years after your last contact. Ask us any time and we will delete yours sooner.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to invite@amarawells.example.com or call (404) 555-0181.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
